FeatureThe Hello Retail MCP server now reaches page designs and configs, Product Agents settings, and Newsletter Content designs, with analytics for each. Page edits land as drafts you publish yourself. Newsletter designs save straight away.
ImprovementA Klaviyo flow that is a draft, manual-only, or archived cannot send. Any agent attached to one is now flagged in the dashboard, with the exact situation named and the fix spelled out. Agents with working flows behave exactly as before.
FeatureHierarchy paths and brands can now be picked as the relevancy source for a Banner, sitting alongside the existing Products option in the campaign editor. Existing cluster-based banners keep working, with nothing to migrate and nothing to reconfigure.
FeatureThe Price Drop Potential dashboard is now open to every Hello Retail customer, including those without a Product Agents subscription. See how many customers a price drop email could reach before you decide whether price drop emails are worth adding.
FeatureSee your Product Agent emails in plain numbers, starting with the one that matters most: are they making money? Revenue per Message sits at the top, and the dashboard always shows whether the figures come from Klaviyo or from Hello Retail tracking.
FeatureThe Hello Retail MCP server lets AI assistants call your Hello Retail data as tools. Ask in plain language and get answers pulled straight from your search analytics, product data, and templates.
FeatureProduct Filters keep specific products or whole product groups out of Product Agent recommendations. Each agent gets its own filters, and you can also disable a single product at the product level so it never appears in an agent email.
FeatureSetting up the email template your Product Agents send is now almost automatic. Pick an existing Klaviyo template and we clone it and drop in the Hello Retail product blocks, restyled to match your colours, fonts, and buttons. Your original stays untouched, and the manual path is still there.
FeatureA new Price Drop agent that works product affinities in reverse. When a product's price drops, it reaches customers who already bought the item it pairs with, and it performs especially well on dormant buyers.
FeatureProduct Agents now work a sequence of follow-ups when a customer doesn't convert on the first email. Before each send, a check skips the message if the price is back up, the product is gone, or the customer already bought. On by default for new customers.
ImprovementProduct Agents now generates follow-ups for every product in a receipt, with every relevant agent firing, and reschedules emails it can't send today instead of dropping them. Mixed baskets and busy send days reach more customers.
FeatureWhen an agent is missing a Klaviyo flow but another agent in the same account already has one, Product Agents now shows a Create flow link on the card. One click creates it using your existing email template.
ImprovementThe emails Product Agents generates have had a quality upgrade. Refined prompts improved every part, from subject line to call to action, with better flow and more idiomatic grammar in Danish, Dutch, Norwegian, and Swedish.
FeatureProduct Agents now supports Klaviyo Segments as a consent source, alongside the existing Klaviyo Lists. Connect Segments directly from each agent's settings.
FeatureBefore changing a price, see which products would reach the largest audience if their price dropped. The new Price Drop Potential dashboard ranks your top 50 products by reachable customers and adds a directional revenue estimate per product.
FeatureSet the minimum percentage and optional absolute amount that qualifies as a price drop, per Price Drop agent. Independent thresholds per agent so different product types can use different rules.
ImprovementSearch synonyms can now be exported, edited locally, and re-uploaded in one go. Much faster than editing them one by one when you're cleaning up a long list or staging a larger update.
ImprovementHello Retail's Shopify integration now ingests metafields and nested product references, so we work from a more complete picture of your catalog. The outcome is more accurate product content and better recommendation results.
FeatureProduct Agents now lets you send test emails directly from the Tone of Voice settings and the agent popup. Tweak a prompt or tone, fire off a test, and see the generated result right away. Tests are free.
ImprovementSearch Analytics now lets you exclude single-character queries, symbol-heavy searches, and numeric or product-code searches, so you can focus on the queries your customers actually type.
FeatureA new Usage tab under Product Agents shows your credit balance, usage history, and billing cycle summary, so you always know where you stand without contacting support or digging through invoices.
FeatureProduct Agents now lets you cap how often the same recipient gets messaged on each channel, so multiple agent-driven flows can run without overlapping into the same inbox too often.
ImprovementProduct Agents now has a Preview tab on sent messages, alongside the existing Simple and JSON views, so you can see how AI-generated emails are composed at a glance.
