Per-product follow-ups and automatic email rescheduling
Product Agents now generates follow-ups for every product in a receipt, with every relevant agent firing, and reschedules emails it can't send today instead of dropping them. Mixed baskets and busy send days reach more customers.
Two changes to how Product Agents sends follow-ups, both aimed at getting more of the messages your customers are due to actually reach them.
Every product in a receipt gets its own follow-ups
Each product a customer buys now triggers its own follow-ups, and every relevant agent fires for that product. Replenishment Reminder now covers every consumable in a receipt. Mixed baskets and repeat-purchase customers get the full set of messages they’re worth.
Emails are now rescheduled instead of dropped
If we can’t send an email today (for example, the recipient already received one), we now reschedule it and keep retrying for several days. More of your messages reach customers, especially when several are generated for the same recipient on the same day.
