The Price Drop Potential dashboard shows which products would reach the largest audience if their price dropped, with a directional revenue estimate per product. It lets you weigh not just who’s waiting, but what acting on it could be worth, before changing a single price.
What you see
The dashboard ranks your top 50 products by estimated email reach if a price drop occurs, refreshed daily. Each product shows:
- All Messages — the combined reachable audience across the three Price Drop agent types.
- Viewed Product — visitors who looked at the product and left without purchasing.
- Purchased Replenishment — previous buyers who could be ready to buy again. Only applies to products tagged as consumable.
- Alternative Product — shoppers browsing similar items who might switch if the price moves.
- Estimated Revenue — a directional figure based on your recent Price Drop email performance.
How to use it
Open Product Agents → Agents → Price Drop Agents → View Potential. From there you can filter, sort, and search.
Filter by brand

Useful when planning a brand-led campaign and you want to see reach concentrated within one supplier.
Filter by hierarchy

Useful for seasonal or category-level pushes where you want to compare reach across SKUs in the same part of your catalog.
Filter by keywords

Useful for ad-hoc product lookups by name or SKU.
Hit Update after applying filters to refresh the numbers. Sort by any column to surface the products with the biggest viewed-but-not-bought pool, the highest replenishment reach, or the strongest revenue potential.
How the revenue estimate is built
The estimate combines four inputs:
- Email coverage from your live store data.
- Permission rate from an industry baseline.
- Conversion rate from a Price Drop email performance baseline.
- Average order value from recent transactions.
Numbers are directional planning signals, not guarantees.
Things to know
The dashboard is a planning tool. It never:
- Changes product prices
- Schedules or triggers emails
- Guarantees revenue outcomes
- Provides real-time recalculation
- Optimises discount depth or margins
Sends happen only when an actual price drop occurs and your Price Drop agents are active. The dashboard tells you where the demand sits so you can prioritise which products to discount first.
