You can now download your full Search synonyms list, edit it locally, and upload the updated version. Much faster than editing entries one by one.
How the bulk flow works
- Download your current synonyms list as a file.
- Edit it locally in your tool of choice.
- Remove the old set in Hello Retail.
- Upload the updated version.
Why it matters
Bulk editing is the right tool when you’re cleaning up legacy entries, importing synonyms from another system, staging a seasonal change, or just want to keep a local backup of your current set before making changes.
