Onboarding Packages

Data Setup

This is the first step in getting your online store up and running with our CRO solutions.

This package includes:

  • Mapping the Product Feed
  • Mapping the Order Feed
  • Other Optional feeds e.g. Category, Blog, Brand

You should make sure that all feed data is available for us to work with.

Product Setup

We set up and configure the CRO products for you.

This package includes:

  • Product configuration
  • Visual design adjustment and styling
  • Setup of up to 5 currencies
  • Test by our Quality Assurance Specialist
  • 20 working hours per CRO product, per year


The setup doesn’t cover dynamically changing the price based on who is logged in. This task can be solved with our API.

Ongoing Assistance Packages

Dedicated Tech Support

We help you with continuous changes and adjustments to your CRO setup. All tasks are carried out upon request.

This package includes:

  • Creation and design of new Recommendation boxes
  • Design and styling changes to Search, Recommendations, and Pages
  • Mapping of new fields in the product feed
  • Other similar requests


Under the Fair Usage Policy, your account will be allocated a maximum of 20 hours per year, not including bug fixes.

This service package does not cover comprehensive platform redesigns or major platform changes.

Enterprise Tech Support

This package includes:

  • Priority response to support – Hello Retail aims to have the first response within 2 hours within working hours (9:00-16:30 CET) during weekdays (Monday-Friday).

  • Access to our emergency hotline – You can reach us directly by phone from 16.30 until 23.59 CET+1, all days of the week.

Enterprise Tech Support is an add-on to Dedicated Tech Support, therefore it can’t be purchased separately.

FAQ

What are prices based on?

Prices for all our plans are based on your site traffic (visits per month), average amount of monthly orders, and individual requirements for the setup.

We also take into consideration the number of site languages and domains.

Usually, we can provide an estimate already during the demo meeting.

Do I get free implementation of the CRO solution?

When you purchase Search, Recommendations, or Pages from us, it does not include onboarding or implementation.

If you do not have an agency or don’t work with a developer, we suggest considering our Service Packages which include implementation, setup, and continuous assistance. 

Can I implement the CRO solution myself?

You can use our documentation to implement the purchased CRO solution without the support of our specialists. Note that some steps might require the help of a developer or an agency.

Can I use the CRO solutions on my own?

After you’re all set up, you can easily adjust and optimize with our user-friendly Dashboard. All plans include access to Analytics, which you can use to make data-driven decisions.

Do I get any support if I don’t purchase a Service Package?

Our support specialists are here to guide you through the entire process and answer all your questions regardless of your choice of the Service Packages. You easily can reach us through our support form. 

How is the payment done for the CRO solutions?

Our CRO solutions are paid as a monthly subscription with a 6-month or 12-month binding period.

How is the payment done for the Service Packages?

The Data Setup Package is a one-time fee per online store. The Product Setup Package is a one-time fee per purchased CRO product, per online store.

The Ongoing Assistance Packages are monthly subscriptions with a 6-month or 12-month binding period.

Search: Are there limits to Search queries?

There are no limits on the number of search queries – the pricing is based on the general traffic to your website.

Onboarding: What is Mapping the Product Feed?

Indexing product data such as title, brand, price, image, hierarchies, keywords, stock availability, discount, etc. A correct setup of the product feed ensures that our system accurately reads your inventory and applies the algorithms correctly.



Onboarding: What is Mapping the Order Feed?

A correct startup of the Order Feed fuels our platform with user data that ensures a correct operation of the personalization attributes on the platform.
