What determines my final price?
Your price is based on a few factors: your store's traffic, order volume and number of SKU, which products you turn on (Product Agents, Retail Media, Search, Recommendations, Pages, Newsletter Content) and which features are included within each, whether you want Hello Retail to handle implementation for you, and whether you add dedicated support with a named Customer Success Manager. We'll walk you through the options on a short scoping call and send a tailored quote.
How long does implementation take?
Most merchants are live within 6-8 weeks. The exact timeline depends on your platform, the number of products in your catalog, and how many surfaces (search, recommendations, emails, banners) you turn on at launch.
Do we need a developer to install Hello Retail?
For ongoing changes, no. Your team configures rules, boosts, and recommendations from the dashboard. For initial setup, yes. Adding our JavaScript, connecting your product feed, and inserting recommendation divs is admin or developer work. We have step-by-step guides for Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, Shopware, and custom stacks. If you don't have developer resources, our implementation services can guide you through it.
What support is included in my plan?
Every client has access to email and phone support, the help center, and product updates. If you want a dedicated Customer Success Manager or out-of-hours Enterprise Tech Support, you can add that to your plan.
What does onboarding look like?
A kickoff call to align on goals and KPIs, a technical session to connect your store and verify data flow, a configuration session to set up your first campaigns, and a launch review before you go live. Your CSM stays with you after launch.
Do you help us set up the actual campaigns, or just the technology?
Both. Your CSM helps you build your first recommendation strategies, search tuning rules, email flows, and Retail Media placements based on what's working for similar merchants.
How quickly will we see results?
With Product Intelligence, personalization is possible from day 1, then the system starts learning from your visitor behavior too. Most merchants see meaningful uplift on personalized surfaces within the first 30 to 60 days, as the models accumulate enough signal to outperform static merchandising.
Do you integrate with Shopify?
