You will work closely with the Head of Sales and your other colleagues to scale the Swedish market. You will assume responsibility for further scaling our business. We presume that you already are capable of handling the entire sales process from prospecting to first contact with the decision maker, on to pitching and closing the deal.
You will be talking to potential customers through your own prospecting, through scheduled meetings by the Business Development representatives and through inbound marketing initiatives.
Once you have closed a new customer, you will hand over the account to our Customer Success team, which assumes responsibility for the technical implementation and ongoing Customer Success Management.
You will handle both new sales and cross- and up-sale in cooperation with the Customer Success Manager.
It is important that you have strong sales and negotiation skills, and that you can adapt to the different personalities that you meet during the sales process.
