Hello Retail is the market leader in the Nordic countries in Personalization and Conversion rate optimization (CRO) for the E-commerce market. We are looking for Account Executives to strengthen our presence in the European market, so come join our fantastic team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

About the job

Do you have a proven track record within value-based sales in the Nordic and/or European market and a general interest in the E-commerce industry? Then you might be the one we are looking for…

In your role with Hello Retail, you will assume responsibility for further scaling our business and ensuring that we will continue to attract the medium and large customer segment in Europe.

You will be part of an ambitious scaleup with a unique opportunity to make your mark. And we promise it will be fun.

The ideal candidate

  • You speak either Danish or Swedish and English fluently

  • You have a 3-year+ proven track record from value-based sales to B2B clients – preferably within Saas solutions, either in the Nordics or in Europe

  • E-commerce experience is definitely a plus.

  • You like to listen to music and want to join a great company culture with daily fun and weekend celebrations on Fridays

Hello Retail started its journey in 2013, to become today’s e-commerce personalization platform that helps merchants across the globe stay relevant in a competitive market, maximize profits, and create unique experiences tailored to each visitor.

At the beginning of 2023, we announced our innovative predictive software – Product Intelligence – which has become the AI backbone of our personalization platform. The world and the e-commerce climate are ever-changing, and we aim to empower our customers who want to be at the forefront of innovation.

If you do not know Copenhagen already, the capital of Denmark oozes of atmosphere, lots of shopping, restaurants and cafées, and cool hangout places. You can cross Copenhagen by bike or electrical scooter in no time to go for street food, maybe even kayaking in the canals, or ice skating in the wintertime.

Our brand new office is only a 5-minute walk from the Copenhagen Central Station. If you live in Southern Sweden you can tag along our other employees living in Sweden going by train from Malmö to Copenhagen daily. We have made it as easy as it gets.
