This recommendation feature performs very well on the site, with an impressive 11% conversion rate (CR). It’s designed to highlight top products in each category, making high-performing items more visible to customers.
If a customer has previously viewed similar products, the recommendations adjust to show those items again, personalizing the shopping experience and boosting the chance of conversion.
Recommendations on product pages provide customers with price relevant alternatives.
AI-enhanced alternative recommendations on product pages, powered by Product Intelligence, automatically match customers with relevant products. As a result, even when historical data is unavailable, customers consistently receive tailored suggestions, achieving an impressive 8.8% conversion rate.
A price filter has also been introduced, prioritizing products within similar price ranges to improve relevance. This setting is easily adjustable in the dashboard for seamless optimization (see image).
