  • Confirm the client's shop platform is connected to Hello Retail
  • Make sure product and order data is flowing into Hello Retail
  • Verify the Hello Retail script is running in the shop
  • Get access to the client's Klaviyo account with permission to create flows and edit templates
  • Generate a Klaviyo API key with the required permissions
