Hello Retail ApS operates a platform enabling wish list sharing. The company offers free and paid subscription tiers, with 30 days' notice required to switch between them. The company reserves the right to modify, remove, or add services at any time.

II. Payment Terms

Subscriptions renew automatically at each renewal date. No refunds are provided for unused subscription portions. Pricing adjustments require 30 days' notice and take effect at the next renewal date.

III. Rights & Licenses

• The platform's intellectual property belongs to Hello Retail ApS
• Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use materials
• Companies retain ownership of their content and grant Hello Retail usage rights
• The company collects and owns analytics data derived from platform usage

IV. User Responsibilities

Users must: provide accurate shipping information, ensure content legality, maintain privacy policies, and prevent unauthorized access. Users cannot reverse-engineer the service, create multiple accounts, or transmit personal data via email.

V. Customer Purchases

Hello Retail bears no responsibility for transactions between merchants and customers, including payment processing or delivery.

VI. Liability Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" with no warranties. The company's liability is capped at amounts paid within 180 days preceding a claim.

VII. Applicable Law

Danish law governs; disputes resolve in Danish courts.
