3. What personal data we collect and for what purpose

When you visit our website, we collect information about you such as your IP address, information about your device and browser, the pattern of your visits, and information about which of our pages you have visited. In addition, we may collect information from forms and registrations as well as from cookies (see further below in section 3.3.1) which are placed on your device. If you have signed up for receiving newsletters and other marketing material, we may additionally track how you interact with marketing material we send you.

We process your data with the purpose of optimizing our website and our marketing campaigns. Information about which of our pages you have visited may additionally be used as a part of our service to improve, provide, and optimize product suggestions and personalized search capabilities to our customers' website visitors based on observed product preferences.

3.3 Marketing recipients

We collect and process personal data about recipients of our marketing, including name, company name, address, phone number, email, product interest, marketing preferences, and usage data such as email opens, clicks, and link interactions.

We process this data for the purpose of sending you relevant marketing material, analyzing the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, and tailoring our communications to your interests.

3.3.1 Pixels

We use the following tracking pixels on our website:

  • Facebook Pixel — collects the following data types: HTTP headers (IP address, browser information, page location, document, referrer, person using the website), pixel-specific data (pixel ID, Facebook cookie), button click data (buttons clicked, labels of buttons, pages visited as a result of clicks), optional values (conversion value, page type), and form field names (field names such as "email", "address", "quantity" when you complete a purchase or registration — does not capture field values).
  • Google Ads Remarketing Tag — used for retargeting purposes.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag — used to analyze website visits from LinkedIn users and measure the effectiveness of LinkedIn advertising.

The legal basis for our use of pixels is our legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) or your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and Section 3 of the Danish Cookie Order), depending on the specific pixel and processing activity.

3.4 Office visitors

When you visit our office, we collect and process your name, company name, title, phone number, email, and the name of your host. This data is stored at reception for a short period for security purposes.

Our offices may be monitored by CCTV in accordance with Section 3(1) of the Danish Act on Video Surveillance.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

3.5 Partners and suppliers

We collect and process personal data about our partners and suppliers, including name, company name, address, phone number, email, and title.

We process this data for the purpose of administering our partner and supplier relationships, including contract management, invoicing, and communication.

Your personal data may be disclosed internally within the Hello Retail group, to our suppliers and service providers who act as data processors on our behalf (with formal data processor agreements in place), and to public authorities where we are legally required to do so.

5. Transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA

6. Storage period, data integrity and security

We store your personal data for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. When your data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
