Business Development Representative (Benelux)
Hello Retail is growing its international sales team, and we are looking for a Business Development Representative to own our outbound efforts in the Benelux market. You will be the first point of contact for prospective ecommerce clients in the Benelux, booking qualified meetings that open the door to long-term partnerships. This role sits at the core of our new business engine and offers a direct impact on the growth of the Benelux market.
What you will work on
- Prospecting and researching ecommerce businesses across the Benelux region through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Booking discovery meetings and product demos for our Account Executives
- Qualifying inbound leads from the Benelux market and moving them efficiently through the pipeline
- Collaborating closely with AEs and marketing to sharpen messaging and targeting for the region
- Maintaining clean and accurate activity records in our CRM (Pipedrive)
- Participating in structured Callout Hours sessions as part of our team-wide outbound rhythm
Who we are looking for
- Native Dutch speaker with strong written and verbal English
- Commercially sharp and genuinely curious about ecommerce and retail technology
- Resilient and energized by outbound work, you enjoy picking up the phone and starting conversations
- Organized and data-driven, comfortable working with a CRM and tracking your own performance
- Based in Denmark and willing to travel to our office in Copenhagen; you thrive in a collaborative office environment
- Prior experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales-adjacent role is a plus, but not a requirement
