The agents
Seven agents for Klaviyo
Three work on what somebody already bought: Replenishment Reminder, Recommended Addons and Alternative Picks. Four work on what a price drop makes newly worth saying: Price Drop for a viewed product, an alternative product, a complementary product, and a purchased replenishment.
Triggered by an order
Somebody bought something. These three work out what comes next, and when.
Replenishment Reminder
Predicts when a specific purchase runs out, based on how long each product actually lasts.
Recommended Addons
Suggests the product that logically follows a purchase, timed to land when it is useful.
Alternative Picks
Recommends similar or comparable products based on what a customer purchased or viewed.
Triggered by a price drop
A price dropped. These four work out who to email.
Price Drop – Viewed Product
Tells a shopper the exact item they looked at is now cheaper.
Price Drop – Alternative Product
Reaches shoppers who viewed something similar to what just went on sale.
Price Drop – Complementary Product
Flags a discount on something that pairs with what a customer already owns.
Price Drop – Purchased Replenishment
Alerts previous buyers when a product they repurchase goes on sale.
The season
One setup, three phases
In October and November the agents build the audience your discounts can reach, and you pick the discounts. During the week they turn every qualifying price drop into individual emails, and you run your campaigns as planned. In December and January they work every order the week placed, and you do nothing. Pick a phase.
You grow the list, we help you plan the discounts
- Your signup push turns into a personal price alert instead of one more mass campaign.
- The Price Drop Potential dashboard ranks products by the audience a discount could reach.

Every qualifying price drop becomes a trigger
- One discount reaches four kinds of buyer instead of one.
- Sends are ranked for relevance and capped at one per person per day.
- Your existing campaigns, flows and newsletter schedule are untouched.
Follow-up on your orders with relevant emails
- Refill timing read from the actual order, not a fixed schedule.
- Add-ons for the gifts and the big purchases.
- January’s sale reaches November’s buyers, with no segment to build.

Black Friday week
One discount, four audiences
The four are the shopper who viewed this exact cream, the shopper who viewed a similar cream, the customer who bought it before, and the customer who owns the cleanser it pairs with. A rule finds only the first. Flip the switch.

One price drop
Face cream, now 30% off

A rule reaches one of the four. The other three wanted to know too.
One agent email per person per day
However many agents qualify for the same customer on the same morning, only one, the most relevant, goes out.
You can make it stricter, layer your own frequency limits on top, and pause or restart any agent with the same toggle.
After Black Friday
One order, three follow-ups
An espresso machine and two bags of beans, bought in November. In December the descaler follows, January's sale reaches the beans they already repurchase, and in February the beans run low. Step through it.
65 to 80%
more items in each order from the customers who came back, and a typical order worth about a quarter more. The buyer you keep is a better buyer than the one you acquired.

Does this fit your catalog?
Product Agents run on Klaviyo, so that is the usual starting point. After that, two questions: do your prices move, and do your products get bought again?

predictable run-out cycles, and a price drop triggers a stock-up
Health & wellness
supplements, vitamins and protein, on monthly cycles
Pet care
food, treats and litter, very predictable timing
Food & beverage
coffee, snacks and beverages, the empty pantry is predictable
Baby & child
diapers, wipes and formula, high necessity
Electronics & accessories
large catalogs where price is the primary mover
Home & garden
heavy window-shopping, a drop on a tracked item converts
Fashion
browse-heavy, price-sensitive, one of the biggest categories
Customer
They're just running in the background, bringing in solid, quiet revenue that we would have lost otherwise.
