We’ve upgraded our personalization capabilities so you can combine real shopper behavior with custom product attributes. This means customers see products across the site, that match their tastes, now beyond attributes like “brand” or “category”. Result: more clicks, more add-to-carts, and more sales.

You can now use advanced algorithms in Initial Content to show shoppers a personalized product selection the moment they open the search bar. This lets you inspire early with relevant items, merchandise with precise rules and filters, and boost conversions by helping customers find the right products faster.

We’ve refreshed Product Lookup to give you a clearer, more actionable view of product performance. You can switch between simple and technical overviews, explore automatically generated Clusters in Product Intelligence, and use the new Settings tab to review recommendations and take direct action.
