Product Agents: Automatic creation of templates

Setting up the email template your Product Agents send is now almost automatic, which means less work for you and a lot less time spent in Klaviyo. Before, you had to clone a Klaviyo template yourself, open it up, and drag the Hello Retail content block in by hand. Not anymore.

How it works

Just pick one of your existing Klaviyo templates and we’ll clone it and drop the Hello Retail product blocks in for you, restyled to match your template’s colours, fonts, and buttons. Your original stays untouched. Before you move on, you’ll see the finished layout with placeholder content, so you know exactly what you’re getting. No raw template tags, no guessing.

Prefer to do it yourself?

No problem. The manual path is still there whenever you need it.

Edge cases we handle for you

• If the template you pick already has Hello Retail blocks in it, we’ll use it as-is. Nothing cloned, nothing changed.
• If it uses Klaviyo universal content we can’t touch directly, we’ll add the blocks to your saved-content library and tell you exactly what to drag in and whether the styling needs a little adjusting.
• If Klaviyo rejects any markup in your template, we’ll let you know what we fixed on your copy so you can check it.
