Hello Retail is a Personalisation as a Service platform providing conversion rate optimization tools to the SMB e-commerce segment. We believe that good e-commerce personalization shouldn’t be limited to giants like Amazon. We democratize personalization so it is accessible to all e-commerce shops!

Based out of Copenhagen, Denmark – we are serving the Nordics – in a steady growing multicultural kick-ass team.

As to us, our customers are essential, especially when providing exceptional service and support – that’s why we are doubling even more down on the service and support to our customers. This is where you come in – and why we need you!

Let’s talk if you posses the following skills:

  • You are a team player
  • You like to talk to customers, on the phone as well as in writing
  • You have technical skills, as in basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge. At the same time, you also have basic web knowledge – such as simple knowledge about URLs, parameters, web tracking and analytics, structured data etc.
  • You love to solve problems
  • You can juggle multiple tasks at the same time
  • You have either experience with web and/or e-commerce platforms
  • You are fluent in Danish and English

  • Responsible, along with the rest of the team, for ensuring a high level of service – and contributing to very high customer satisfaction through your communication w/ customers
