Hello Retail is a Personalization as a Service platform providing conversion rate optimization tools to the SMB e-commerce segment. We believe that good e-commerce personalization shouldn’t be limited to giants like Amazon. We democratize personalization so it is accessible to all e-commerce shops! As to us, our customers are essential, especially when providing exceptional service and support. This is where you come in – and why we need you! You will be implementing the solutions for our customers and help with the ongoing support of their solutions.   • You are experienced with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • You good knowledge about the web, and know about URLs, parameters, web tracking and analytics, structured data etc.
  • You have “extrovert” communication skills – as you’ll be talking to
    customers, on the phone as well as writing and communicating via email.
  • You have great approach to problem-solving.
  • You can keep cool – and to stay on top, keeping an overview of your ongoing activities.
  • You can juggle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • You are a team player.
  • Fluent in both  written and spoken Swedish and English.

Hello Retail was formed in 2013 and thousands of webshops in the Nordics and Benelux have chosen our Personalization engine. The product is based on a solid experience of Customer service, e-commerce CRO and Big Data / AI / Machine Learning – call it whatever you like – we like to name it intelligence :-). A product built from the ground up, now serving thousands of successful e-commerce businesses in several markets.
Today, we are almost 40 people based in Copenhagen with different nationalities which gives a great, international atmosphere with room for all types of people.
