Job description

  • You will work closely with the country sales manager and your other new colleagues to scale the Swedish market.
  • You will be responsible for booking meetings with medium and large sized webshops for the senior account executives and you will handle the entire prospecting phase of the sales process.
  • You will utilize your ever-expanding professional network, your knowledge of the Swedish market, and various social media platforms and forums to the extent you consider necessary.
  • Once you have booked and confirmed a meeting, you will hand over the account to the senior account executive.
  • You will work closely with the Country Sales Manager and the Account Executives to strengthen your skills in the full sales cycle and plan accordingly when you will take on the full responsibility to close deals yourself.

The optimal candidate:

  • You are a native Swede or speak Swedish fluently.
  • You aim to surpass goals and expectations.
  • You work independently and have experience from either call center sales, B2B sales or digital services (preferably SaaS solutions).
  • You are disciplined in your duties and understand the importance of CRM.
  • You  know it requires effort and team spirit to ensure a profit-creating and fun workplace.
  • You like to listen to music and perhaps even drink a beer on Fridays

Additional expectations:

  • You have outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing – in both Swedish and English.
  • Experience from a competitive environment with high energy levels.
  • The ability to adapt to a fast and dynamic environment.
  • Own drive, self motivation and creativity.
  • Team player mentality – We need everybody to succeed.
  • Eye on the ball – you must be able to work systematically and methodically to consistently achieve your goals.
  • The ability to explain technical solutions in a simple and easy-to-understand manner – E-commerce experience will be a plus.
