About Hello Retail:

Placed in the Center of Copenhagen, in a highly dynamic environment, we serve the eCommerce market with state-of-the-art products and services to provide the high converting customer journey. Hello Retail is serving more than 2.000 eCommerce businesses and the numbers are growing daily. We are an international company with +10 different nationalities, having our ways and daily doing in the open office environment.

You will be part of building the marketing function and be responsible for our product marketing initiatives and creating next-level storytelling. You will get the opportunity to influence your own role and together with the Chief Product Officer work to realize and fulfill the potential of a truly unique Product Intelligence Platform.

About the job

  • In the role, you will work to understand the Builder persona deeply. You will be responsible for our customer insights and be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria based on customer feedback and competitor analysis
  • You will be the subject matter expert on our product and understand the technical ins and outs
  • You will build and maintain a good overview of the competitive landscape and be an expert on our competitors, and how they position themselves
  • You will drive inputs for and help define and develop our marketing strategy
  • You will develop content for relevant defined outputs, utilizing your skill for storytelling and relevant AI tools, and make sure to repurpose existing content for different platforms
  • You will define and execute our media and online content strategy
  • You will ensure the internal and external promotion of new features from the product team
  • You will help educate existing customers and partners on the best usage of the Hello Retail platform.
  • You will own the website and help make it attractive for e-commerce managers & builders
  • You will find new ways of engaging builders worldwide
  • You will help plan product launches & partner meetups

The ideal candidate

  • You understand SaaS, and have experience as a marketing professional in the B2B Software industry, ideally within the eCommerce space
  • Lots of experience is great, but most of all we need you to be open-minded, a fast learner, and willing to build a strong set of skills
  • You work independently and are a self-starter
  • You adapt easily and follow things through
  • You are a strong communicator and have excellent project management skills
  • You are hands-on and have an executing nature
  • You are fluent in English written and oral

Hello Retail was formed in 2013 and thousands of web shops in the Nordics, Benelux adn US have chosen our Personalization engine. We are a fully managed SaaS solution which means that we are not just a platform. We take care of our customers from A-Z making sure that they get the most out of working with us. 

The product is based on a solid experience of Customer service, ecommerce CRO and Big Data / AI / Machine Learning – call it whatever you like – we like to name it intelligence :-). A product built from the ground up, now serving thousands of successful ecommerce businesses in several markets.

Today, we are almost 70+ people based in Copenhagen with different nationalities which gives a great, international atmosphere with room for all types of people. If you do not know Copenhagen already, the capital of Denmark oozes of atmosphere, lots of shopping, restaurants and cafées, and cool hangout places. You can cross Copenhagen by bike or electrical scooters in no time to go for street food, maybe even kayaking in the canals, or ice skating in the winter time. Copenhagen and Denmark is world famous for the world’s happiest habitants and the crime rate is close to zero. 

Our brand new office is only a 5 minute walk from the Copenhagen Central Station. If you live in Southern Sweden you can tag along our other employees living in Sweden going by train from Malmö to Copenhagen on a daily basis. We have made it as easy as it gets.
