The  People & Culture Partner will continue to develop the people function at Hello Retail and is overall in charge of the People & Culture activities such as Recruitment Activities, Onboarding/Offboarding, Development & Learning, Employer Branding and DE&I initiatives. Driving the people agenda you will be reporting directly to our Chief Finance Officer.

About the job

  • Recruitment Activities, search, screening, and shortlisting candidates
  • Onboarding/Offboarding
  • Develop and update employee policies
  • Handle employee contracts
  • Conduct employee surveys and follow up on actions points
  • Employee Experience, develop initiatives that support employees’ well-being and performance
  • Development & Learning – administrating our learning platform
  • Employer Branding and D&I initiatives

The ideal candidate

  • You have minimum 2 years of experience with recruitment
  • You have experience with building and driving a talent acquisition strategy
  • You are natural at creating relationships with people and you inspire confidence
  • You have an interest in the broader People discipline
  • You are fluent in English (both written and spoken).

 

The ideal candidate will be taking over a broad number of People responsibilities as personnel cases and partnering with management.

Hello Retail was formed in 2013 and thousands of web shops in the Nordics, Benelux adn US have chosen our Personalization engine. We are a fully managed SaaS solution which means that we are not just a platform. We take care of our customers from A-Z making sure that they get the most out of working with us. 

The product is based on a solid experience of Customer service, ecommerce CRO and Big Data / AI / Machine Learning – call it whatever you like – we like to name it intelligence :-). A product built from the ground up, now serving thousands of successful ecommerce businesses in several markets.

Today, we are almost 70+ people based in Copenhagen with different nationalities which gives a great, international atmosphere with room for all types of people. Copenhagen and Denmark is world famous for the world’s happiest habitants and the crime rate is close to zero. 

Our brand new office is only a 5 minute walk from the Copenhagen Central Station. If you live in Southern Sweden you can tag along our other employees living in Sweden going by train from Malmö to Copenhagen on a daily basis. We have made it as easy as it gets.
