Introduction

Hello Retail is constantly growing and so is our excellent Delivery & Tech Support team. We are looking for a new Head of Delivery and Tech Support who will be responsible for the timely delivery of projects, ensuring that all customers receive a quick and valuable resolution of their technical requests, and setting the D&TS team up for further success. 

The Support and implementation team is crucial in helping our customers succeed and is one of the main reasons our customers stay with us for a long time. We are a tight group of people who love creating solutions that delight customers. You will be leading a team of 17 skilled implementation specialists & tech supporters and be responsible for ensuring a fast & reliable delivery performance and quality of support.

About the job

  • You will measure the effectiveness of the support levels and drive the necessary changes for improving the operating and organizational efficiency of the team
  • You will ensure the continued education of the team in the products and best practices on how to provide excellent support
  • You will be conducting one-on-ones with the team members
  • Build career paths & provide the necessary training for the team members to grow
  • Ensure we have the right team and help recruit additional skilled team members
  • Foster a culture of ownership, service & innovation across the team

The ideal candidate

  • You have 1-3 years of experience leading one or more technical support teams
  • You love to put work into process and automate as much as possible
  • You are self-motivated and don’t mind working in a fast-paced startup environment, where the ambitions are high
  • You have a problem-solver mindset and have an attitude of getting stuff done
  • Fluent in English, in both written and spoken
  • You enjoy helping people grow and removing any roadblocks they might experience

Nice to have qualifications (Preferred skills)

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
  • Experience with e-commerce
  • Experience collaborating with many different stakeholders from various departments

Our brand new office is only a 5 minute walk from the Copenhagen Central Station. If you live in Southern Sweden you can tag along our other employees living in Sweden going by train from Malmö to Copenhagen on a daily basis. We have made it as easy as it gets.
