Hello Retail is serving more than 2.000 eCommerce businesses and the numbers are growing daily. We are an international company with +10 different nationalities, having our ways and daily doing in the open office environment.

About the job

We have tremendous growth potential and are looking for an experienced sales leader from the SaaS B2B market, to step into the role of Chief Sales Officer taking the lead in this growth journey.

You will be scaling the business of Hello Retail by building the future sales team and taking our results to the next level. As part of the management group, you will take part in strategic decisions of the business.

Daily tasks:

  • You will be responsible for developing the future sales strategy
  • You will analyze sales data, implement sales planning, forecasts and refine sales strategies accordingly
  • You will carry out the daily sales training and sparring with the team
  • You will set ambitious KPIs and reach them through your team
  • You will report on KPIs and weekly/monthly sales targets
  • You will embody “Sales Discipline”
  • You will set the right team for success

The ideal candidate

  • You are experienced in building sales teams from scratch, SDR, BDR & AE + senior
  • You are an experienced sales coach with a remarkable ability to pass on your skills
  • You have experience with CRM and scaling via platforms such as HubSport, SalesForce or Close.io is a plus
  • You are a team player and aware of your position in the ecosystem of the organization
  • You take ownership and show responsibility and alignment with the rest of the management team
  • Leadership: you are a transparent, authentic, and communicative leader
  • You lead by example and have an open and coaching approach
  • You show authority and have high expectations for your team

Hello Retail was formed in 2013 and thousands of web shops in the Nordics, Benelux adn US have chosen our Personalization engine. We are a fully managed SaaS solution which means that we are not just a platform. We take care of our customers from A-Z making sure that they get the most out of working with us. 

The product is based on a solid experience of Customer service, ecommerce CRO and Big Data / AI / Machine Learning – call it whatever you like – we like to name it intelligence :-). A product built from the ground up, now serving thousands of successful ecommerce businesses in several markets.

Today, we are almost 70+ people based in Copenhagen with different nationalities which gives a great, international atmosphere with room for all types of people. If you do not know Copenhagen already, the capital of Denmark oozes of atmosphere, lots of shopping, restaurants and cafées, and cool hangout places. You can cross Copenhagen by bike or electrical scooters in no time to go for street food, maybe even kayaking in the canals, or ice skating in the winter time. Copenhagen and Denmark is world famous for the world’s happiest habitants and the crime rate is close to zero. 

Our brand new office is only a 5 minute walk from the Copenhagen Central Station. If you live in Southern Sweden you can tag along our other employees living in Sweden going by train from Malmö to Copenhagen on a daily basis. We have made it as easy as it gets.
