Hello Retail is growing rapidly – and we are looking for an Account Executive for the U.S. market to be part of our sales team. Do you already have a proven track record within value based sales to the U.S. market, you are used to challenging your prospects, generally interested in the E-commerce industry, you might be the one we are looking for.

Come join our fantastic team in Copenhagen, Denmark, to ensure that we will continue to attract the SMB customer segment in the U.S. market. Hello Retail is the market leader in the Nordic countries within Personalization and Conversion rate optimization (CRO) for the E-commerce market.

About the job

  • You will work closely with the U.S. Head of Sales and the U.S. team to scale the market even further. We have a very progressive and optimistic plan for the U.S. so you definitely need to be used to working at a high pace setting high goals for yourself.
  • You will assume responsibility for further scaling our business. We presume that you have years of experience in handling the entire sales process from prospecting to first contact with the decision maker, on to pitching and closing the deal.
  • You will be talking to potential customers through your own prospecting, through scheduled meetings by the Business Development representatives and through inbound marketing initiatives.
  • Once you have concluded an agreement, you will hand over the customer to our onboarding and Customer Success team, who assumes responsibility for the technical implementation and ongoing Customer Success management.
  • It is important that you have strong sales and negotiation skills, that you are used to being a challenger and that you can adapt to the different personalities that you meet during the sales process.

The ideal candidate

  • You speak English fluently
  • You have +3 years of value-based sales experience
  • You have a proven track record selling to U.S. customers
  • You have a proven track record from value-based sales to B2B clients – preferably within SaaS solutions.
  • E-commerce experience is definitely a plus.
  • You know how to ask and listen – and only then demonstrate the capabilities of your product.
  • You are used to challenging your prospects.
  • You work independently and set high standards for yourself.
  • You are disciplined in your duties and understand the importance of CRM.
  • You know it requires effort and team spirit to ensure a profit-creating and fun workplace.
  • You like to listen to music and perhaps even have fun with your colleagues on Fridays.

Copenhagen and Denmark is world famous for the world’s happiest habitants and the crime rate is close to zero.
