An email counts each time an agent hands a message to Klaviyo to send. Test emails are free. There is one trial per company. ### Do I need a developer? No. If you can create an API key and set a flow live in Klaviyo, you can set up Product Agents. The setup guide walks you through each step. ### Who writes the emails? The agents write the subject line, headline and body for each email and pick the products. It all goes into your own Klaviyo template, in the tone of voice you choose. AI-written copy is the default, but you can override any text, and you can send yourself a test email from any agent before it goes live. ### Does it change my current Hello Retail setup or my Klaviyo flows? No. Your search, recommendations and other Hello Retail features keep running as they are. Each agent you switch on gets its own Klaviyo flow, beside your welcome, cart and post-purchase flows. ### How often will my customers get emails? At most one Product Agents email per customer per day. If several agents qualify at once, only the most relevant email is sent. You can add stricter limits of your own on top. ### What if I use all 500 emails before day 14? Your agents pause sending until you pick a plan. Emails that were already scheduled are kept and go out once you continue. ### We don't use Klaviyo. Can we still try Product Agents? The free trial needs Klaviyo. Product Agents can also work with other email tools through a webhook setup, so talk to your account manager about what fits your setup, or contact us. ### What happens after 14 days? The trial stops, and that is when you decide whether to continue. Your setup and any scheduled emails are kept. ### How does payment work if I continue?
