### What counts as one of my 500 free emails?

One credit is used each time an agent hands a message to Klaviyo to send. Test emails and messages the agents decide to skip are free. The trial ends after 14 days or 500 credits, whichever comes first.

### How long does setup really take?

An afternoon. You connect Shopify and Klaviyo, set up your template, then pick your agents, give each one its flow and test them. You do it yourself, in one sitting, with no calls and nothing to wait on.

### Do I need a developer?

No. If you can create an API key and set a flow live in Klaviyo, you can set up Product Agents. Our setup guide walks you through each step.

### Will this interfere with my existing Klaviyo flows?

No. Each agent you switch on gets its own Klaviyo flow, so the agents sit alongside your welcome, cart and post-purchase flows and leave them untouched.

### How often will my customers get emails?

At most one Product Agents email per customer per day. You can add your own caps, and if several agents qualify at once, only the most relevant email is sent.

### Who can the agents email?

Only the people in the Klaviyo list or segment you choose as your consent source. Your existing consent rules and unsubscribes still apply.

### What happens after 14 days?

Nothing, unless you want it to. There is no card on file, so nothing renews. If you continue, plans start at €99 a month for 5,000 emails, billed yearly.

### What does it cost if I continue?
