You can now download your full Search synonyms list, edit it locally, and upload the updated version. Much faster than editing entries one by one.

## How the bulk flow works

1. **Download** your current synonyms list as a file.
2. **Edit** it locally in your tool of choice.
3. **Remove** the old set in Hello Retail.
4. **Upload** the updated version.

## Why it matters

Bulk editing is the right tool when you're cleaning up legacy entries, importing synonyms from another system, staging a seasonal change, or just want to keep a local backup of your current set before making changes.
