Product Agents has a new Usage tab under **Product Agents → Settings**. It shows your credit balance, usage history, and billing cycle summary in one place, so you always know where you stand without reaching out to support or digging through invoices.

## What you can do

From the Usage Overview you can:

- See how many credits you have used in the current billing cycle
- View your historic usage over time
- Track current usage levels
- Anticipate when limits may be reached

Checking usage regularly helps avoid unexpected pauses in sending. If you'd rather not think about it, Auto-Overage keeps agents running by topping up credits automatically when your balance runs out, up to a cap you set.

## Availability

Available to all Hello Retail customers using Product Agents.
