Product Agents now has a Preview tab on sent messages, alongside the existing Simple and JSON views. It gives you a quick look at how your AI-generated emails are composed without leaving the sent messages screen.

## What's new

The sent messages view in Product Agents has three tabs:

- **Simple.** The default summary view.
- **JSON.** The raw payload, for debugging or integration work.
- **Preview.** New. Renders the email content so you can read it the way the agent assembled it.

## Things to know

The Preview tab shows the **content** of a sent message, not your full template styling. If you want to QA the visual styling of your Klaviyo template, use Klaviyo's preview tools.

## Availability

Available to all Hello Retail customers using Product Agents.
