Product Agents bring agentic AI to ecommerce retention. They decide what emails to send in real time, choosing the right content, products, and send time for each customer. Added to your existing Klaviyo setup, they continuously adapt as inventory, prices, and purchase behavior change.

Six specialized agents ship in this release: Price Drop (Viewed), Price Drop (Alternative), Price Drop (Replenishment), Replenishment Reminder, Recommended Addons, and Alternative Picks.

Agents coordinate to prevent over-messaging. There's a hard limit of one Product Agent email per recipient per day, plus optional custom frequency caps per channel. If multiple agents qualify at the same time, only the most relevant message is sent.

The Klaviyo integration is the central engineering choice in this release. Product Agents do not replace Klaviyo. They connect via API, trigger within an existing Klaviyo flow, and pass agent-generated content as event properties that populate your template. Most stores are up and running within a few hours.

## Pricing

Product Agents use consumption-based pricing. One credit is used each time a message is handed off to your email channel. Skipped and test messages don't use credits. Enable Auto-Overage to keep agents running if your balance runs out, with a cap you set.

**How does the Klaviyo integration work?**

Product Agents connect to Klaviyo via API. When an agent sends a message, it triggers a Klaviyo flow and passes the agent-generated content (subject line, headline, body, and product picks) as event properties that populate your template.

**How often will customers receive Product Agent emails?**

There is a hard limit of one Product Agent email per recipient per day. You can also set custom frequency caps per channel, for example, no more than three per month. If multiple agents qualify at the same time, only the most relevant message is sent.

**Can the AI-generated copy be overridden?**

Yes. AI-generated copy is the default, but every text field can be overridden: headlines, body, CTAs, and section titles. Two customization paths are supported. Either edit the Hello Retail content block HTML directly, or pair a native Klaviyo Text block with a Hello Retail product-only block.

**What happens if I run out of credits?**

Enable Auto-Overage and credits are purchased automatically when your balance runs out, so agents keep running without interruption. You can set a cap to stay in control of spend.
