Product Agents now supports Klaviyo Segments as a consent source, alongside the existing Klaviyo Lists. If you manage your audience with Segments in Klaviyo, you can connect them directly to your agents.

## How it works

Open an agent's settings and pick a Segment the same way you'd pick a List. Behaviour is identical: only recipients in the selected Segment are eligible to receive that agent's messages, on top of the existing frequency caps and daily limits.

## Why it matters

Segments in Klaviyo can express richer logic than static Lists — engagement filters, behavioural conditions, dynamic membership. Wiring them straight into Product Agents means your agents respect the same audience definitions you already use everywhere else in Klaviyo.

## Availability

Available to all Hello Retail customers using Product Agents with the Klaviyo integration.
