The optimal candidate:

  • You are a native Dutch or speak Dutch fluently.
  • You know how to sell to new customers over the phone with a smile on your face – you have been doing it for the last 3 years!
  • You love to exceed goals and expectations.
  • You work independently and have extensive experience in B2B sales and digital services (preferrably SaaS solutions).
  • You are disciplined in your duties and understand the importance of CRM.
  • You  know it requires effort and team spirit to ensure a profit-creating and fun workplace.
  • You like to listen to music and perhaps even a beer on Fridays

Job description

You will work closely with the Dutch sales manager and your other new colleagues to scale the Dutch market.

You will assume responsibility for building a strong customer base and a key role in further scaling our business in the Dutch market. You will handle the entire sales process from prospecting to first contact with the decision maker, on to pitching and closing the deal.

You will offer our product portfolio to webshops, marketing agencies, e-commerce developers and e-commerce platforms.

You will utilize your ever-expanding professional network, your knowledge of the Norwegian market, and various social media and forums to the extent you consider it necessary.

Once you have concluded an agreement, you will hand over the customer to our Customer Success department, which assumes responsibility for the technical implementation.

As Dutch Sales Rep., you will follow up on the success of your customers and seek opportunities to further expand your cooperation.

Additional expectations to the right candidate:

  • You have outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing – in both Dutch and English.
  • Experience from a competitive sales force with high volume and energy levels.
  • The ability to adapt to a fast and dynamic environment.
  • Own drive, self motivation and creativity.
  • Experience in negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Team player mentality – We need everybody to succeed.
  • Eye on the ball – you must be able to work systematically and methodically to consistently achieve your goals.
  • A strong customer focus – they expect only the best service and we strive to offer exactly that.
  • The ability to explain technical solutions in a simple and easy-to-understand manner – E-commerce experience will be a plus.
