We believe that good e-commerce personalization shouldn’t be limited to giants like Amazon. We democratize personalization so it is accessible to all e-commerce shops! As to us, our customers are essential, especially when providing exceptional service and support. This is where you come in – and why we need you! You will be implementing the solutions for our customers and help with the ongoing support of their solutions. Do you love to delight customers by delivering more to them than they anticipated?   • You are experienced with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • You have good knowledge about the web, and know about URLs, parameters, web tracking and analytics, structured data etc.
  • You have “extrovert” communication skills – as you’ll be talking to customers, on the phone as well as writing and communicating via email.
  • You have great approach to problem-solving.
  • You can keep cool – and to stay on top, keeping an overview of your ongoing activities.
  • You can juggle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • You are a team player.
  • Fluent in both  written and spoken Danish and English.
