We are bringing personalisation and conversion rate optimisation tools to the SMB e-commerce segment. Our services can include the likes of personal newsletter content, triggered emails, intelligent search functionality and data driven product recommendations.

The optimal candidate

  • You have outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing – in Danish or Swedish and English.
  • You have technical skills, as in basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge, without having to be a developer. At the same time, you also have basic web knowledge – such as simple knowledge about URLs, parameters, web tracking and analytics, structured data, etc.
  • You have “extrovert” communication skills – as you’ll be talking to customers, on the phone as well as writing and communicating via email and chat.
  • You can juggle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • …and of course you like to grab a beer, listen to some music with your colleagues and perhaps play a match of FIFA on the PlayStation.

Job description

The key coordinating driver, responsible for delivering the promised services to new and existing customers.

Talking and communicating w/ customers – if they have technical/product questions or issues. You are our customer’s lifeline – but you are of course backed by awesome colleagues 🙂

Participating in the technical set up and enablement of our customers, ensuring high quality on the technical part of the delivery.

Prioritising on the fly – with a lot of incoming requests, you’ll be responsible for managing and prioritising your own time, within the framework of our overall philosophy of servicing customers.

Contributing with valuable input to the product and company process, as you’ll be hands-on on the front lines talking to customers and working with our product.
