Account Executive for the Norwegian market


Hello Retail is growing rapidly – and we are looking for Account Executive to be part of our future sales team. Do you already have a proven track record within value based sales, generally interested in the E-commerce industry, you might be the one, we are looking for. 

We need you to join our fantastic team in Copenhagen, Denmark, to ensure that we will continue to attract the medium and large customer segment in the Norwegian market. 

Hello Retail is the market leader in the Nordic countries within Personalization and Conversion rate optimization (CRO) for the E-commerce market.


You will work closely with the sales manager and your other new colleagues to scale the market.

You will assume responsibility for further scaling our business. We presume that you already are capable of handling the entire sales process from prospecting to first contact with the decision maker, on to pitching and closing the deal. 

You will be talking to potential customers through your own prospecting, through scheduled meetings by the Business Development representative and through inbound marketing initiatives. 

Once you have concluded an agreement, you will hand over the customer to our Account Management team, which assumes responsibility for the technical implementation and ongoing account management. You will keep key customers yourself to ensure that you keep a high level of product and optimization knowledge.

It is important that you have strong sales and negotiation skills, and that you can adapt to the different personalities that you meet during the sales process.


  • You speak Norwegian fluently and you have proven track record from value-based sales to B2B clients – preferably within Saas solutions.
  • You know how to ask and listen – and only then demonstrate the capabilities of your product
  • And therefore, knowledge of SPIN Selling is a plus
  • You work independently and set high standards for yourself.
  • You are disciplined in your duties and understand the importance of CRM.
  • You  know it requires efforts and team spirit to ensure a profit-creating and fun workplace.
  • You like to listen to music and perhaps even have fun with your colleagues on Fridays.
